These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ThrowSense web application. By registering for an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all users of the ThrowSense analytics platform. The provider is:

ThrowSense provides an independent analytics platform for dart players. The service can ingest match data from supported third-party systems (e.g. AutoDarts) to generate performance insights, statistical analysis, and trend tracking.
The Free tier provides basic analytics with limited history. The Stats Elite tier provides extended features including unlimited match history, advanced widgets, and customisable layouts.
The service currently supports X01 game data. Support for additional game modes is under development and will be added as available.
To use ThrowSense, you must register an account and provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account (Art. 8 GDPR).
As a user, you agree to:
Certain advanced features ("Stats Elite") may be activated separately. At the time of release, no automatic billing or payment processing is enabled.
A free trial period may be offered. After such a trial, access reverts to the free tier unless explicitly upgraded. Details regarding pricing or subscription models will be communicated prior to activation.
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
ThrowSense may access and process match data from supported third-party platforms solely for the purpose of providing analytics functionality. Account access tokens or credentials required for data retrieval are stored securely and used exclusively to access data on the user's behalf.
You may delete your account and all associated personal data at any time via the account settings.
We endeavour to provide continuous availability of the service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ThrowSense is provided with reasonable care but without guaranteeing uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory liability.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), and only for foreseeable damages typical for such contracts. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All content, design, software, and branding of ThrowSense are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the service without prior written consent. All match data and personal performance data remain the property of the respective user.
You may terminate your account at any time via the account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of material breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or unlawful activity.
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be informed of material changes in advance. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless mandatory consumer rights provide otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence are not deprived. If the user is a merchant (Unternehmer), the place of jurisdiction is Aurich, Germany.
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original.
