Bullseyes Wallet 🎯

Bullseyes are ThrowSense's in-platform coin. Every player has a wallet attached to their account. You use Bullseyes to enter fee-based Quick Leagues and Quick Tournaments and to receive prize payouts from the events you finish in the top three.

Finding your wallet

  • Navbar pill🎯 N always shows your current balance (index, settings, admin panel, every league page). Click it to open the wallet page.
  • Direct URL/wallet.
  • Settings mini-card — the Wallet tile in Settings is a shortcut to the same page.

Buying Bullseyes

Open Wallet → Buy. Four coin packs are offered by default:

PackPrice
🎯 100.99 €
🎯 201.79 €
🎯 503.99 €
🎯 1006.99 €

Purchases go through PayPal (cards + PayPal balance). Each order is captured server-side — the coins land in your wallet the moment PayPal confirms, never before. If PayPal declines or the page is closed mid-flow, nothing is charged.

Your purchase history is listed on the same page — receipts stay available forever, including the PayPal order ID.

Spending Bullseyes

There are two places to spend them:

  1. Joining a fee-based Quick Event (see below).
  2. The Cosmetics shop — avatar frames (see below).

Joining a paid Quick Event

When you click "Join" on a paid event:

  1. A confirmation modal shows the fee, your current balance, the new balance, the prize pool before / after your join, and the estimated 1st / 2nd / 3rd payouts (minus the 5 % house fee).
  2. If you have enough coins, click Join & pay fee. The fee is debited instantly and recorded in the ledger.
  3. If you don't have enough coins, the modal shows an "Insufficient Bullseyes" notice with a link to top up. No charge attempt is made.

Only ThrowSense runs paid Quick Events. Club leagues and tournaments are always free to join — see Quick Events.

Cosmetics shop 🖼️

Spend Bullseyes on avatar frames — a decorative ring around your avatar. Open Settings → Cosmetics shop (or the shop card) to browse the catalogue.

  • Frames range from subtle (bronze, silver) to flashy (flame, rainbow), each with its own Bullseyes price.
  • Buy a frame once, then Equip it. You can switch between any frames you own at any time, or un-equip for a plain avatar.
  • An equipped frame is public: it shows on your player profile and next to your name on every leaderboard and league standings table.

Cosmetics are purely visual — they never affect ratings, results or payouts, and spending on them never grants anything cashable.

Earning Bullseyes

  • Signup bonus — new accounts are credited a small starter balance so you can try a paid Quick Event for free.
  • Prize payouts — finish 🥇 / 🥈 / 🥉 in a Quick League season or Quick Tournament bracket and the configured share of the prize pool (minus 5 %) lands in your wallet the moment the event completes.
  • Refunds — withdrawing from a Quick Event before it starts, or being removed by an admin, or the event being cancelled entirely, all refund your entry fee into your wallet.
  • Invite friends — invite another player with your personal link and both of you earn a Bullseyes bonus once they sign up and verify their email (see below).

Invite friends 👋

Every account has a personal invite code and link in Settings → Invite friends. Share it, and when someone registers through your link and confirms their email, both of you receive a Bullseyes bonus.

  • The bonus is non-cashable — it lands in the same bucket as prize winnings and can be spent in events or the cosmetics shop, but never withdrawn.
  • You can see how many friends you've invited and how many bonuses you've earned on the same card.

The bonus amount is set by the platform and may be 0 outside of promo periods, in which case invites still track but grant no coins yet.

The wallet page shows every change to your balance — most recent first — with:

  • Time — when it happened (UTC).
  • Reason — purchase, entry fee, prize, refund, admin adjustment, etc.
  • Δ — the change (positive = credit, negative = debit).
  • Balance after — your running total.
  • Note — the event ID, PayPal order, or admin note that triggered it.

You can audit every 🎯 in your wallet back to its origin at any time.

Admin adjustments

League / club admins cannot adjust your wallet — only the platform admin team can. When they do, you'll see a admin_adjust row in your ledger with a human-readable note explaining why (e.g. "goodwill refund", "contest reward"). Your balance always matches the running total in the ledger exactly.

FAQ

Can I withdraw Bullseyes back to real money? No. Bullseyes are a one-way in-platform currency — you can buy them, spend them in events, and win them back from prize pools, but they can't be converted back to EUR. They are not transferable between accounts.

What happens if I delete my account? Your remaining Bullseyes are forfeited. Please spend down your balance before leaving.

Do Bullseyes expire? No. They stay in your wallet until you spend them.

Are there transaction fees when I buy? No fees on the ThrowSense side. PayPal's own fees apply to refunds only if you charge back through PayPal — we'll always first try to refund in Bullseyes.

I won an event but don't see my prize. Prizes are credited the moment an event's final match is verified (QT) or the season is completed (QL). If you don't see the prize row within a minute, contact support — every payout is in the ledger, so the coins can never be "lost".
